IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
We want to give you a friendly reminder that we do have a cancellation and no-show policy in place. Unfortunately, due to an increase in these occurrences, we will be strictly enforcing this policy.
Repeat offenses will result in being required to prepay for future appointments (where the payment is non-refundable) or in being declined our future services. Canceling last minute or not showing up for your appointment not only affects your groomer, but also other clients who are patiently waiting to get in.
We understand it is winter, so cancellations as a result of bad weather will be exempt from the policy. We want you be safe, too.
Thank you for your continued support of our small business. We look forward to seeing you and our furry friends soon!
Our very own Chelsea and her furry friend, Obsidian (aka Sid), participated in their first agility trials this weekend! Since this was Sid's first time competing, we didn't get any qualifying runs, but he was attentive and improved with every run. Great job, Sid!
It's already August! As many of our beloved clients know, we are incredibly busy. Because of this most of us are currently booked out until the end of SEPTEMBER!
If you would like to get in, please be patient with us as we are only able to safely groom so many pets a day and maintain our quality of work.
We also encourage ALL regular clients to book their holiday appointments now as those are already filling up fast.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to not pre-book an appointment we unfortunately cannot guarantee we will have spots available during our busiest season.
We hope to see all of you and our furry friends soon.
UPDATE: Allie is currently back in the shop and resuming a regular work schedule! We hope she continues to feel better and to see her wonderful clients! We want to thank you all for your patience and understanding. Your compassion and flexibility has been greatly appreciated.
ORIGINAL NOTICE: Due to a major medical concern (unrelated to COVID-19), Allie Perry will not be in the shop to take care of clients this weekend and potentially into next week. Allie is doing her best to feel better and get back into the shop and take care of her furry clients.
While postponing appointments isn't ideal for you and your furry loved ones (or Allie!), please be patient as our staff at My Clean Dog work to accommodate your needs while rescheduling. Our staff will be in touch with all scheduled clients as soon as possible. Our ultimate goals are to take care of you AND get Allie feeling better and back to work making her furry clients look and feel fabulous. We appreciate your support of our small, local business and your patience during this time and always!
As a reminder, we are an in-and-out grooming shop that cannot board animals before or after appointments. With the current pandemic, we ask that our clients drop off their animals for grooming services at their scheduled appointment time and plan to return promptly upon completion of their services. When your animal's services are complete, you will receive a phone call from your groomer and it is very important to pick up your animal within 30 minutes. We do not have the kennel space to accommodate animals and we have found that this is much less stressful for our furry clients.
Animals who are not picked up within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the appointment or after-hours may be subject to an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for helping us keep your animals happy!
Out of the concern for our clients and our community, My Clean Dog is continuing the requirement of masks on our premises. Our contact with clients is brief but we want to ensure everyone's safety. Thank you for respecting this policy.
We are still without power as are many homes and families. Our amazing lineman and clean up crews are working so hard across the state!
While we would love to get back to grooming your pets we recognize our community is still struggling and we will be doing our part to help as best we can.
All grooming appointments are temporary suspended. We have been unable to keep any appointments this past week due to powerless. We know many clients may have extensive damage to their homes or possibly have been displaced.
We will be calling everyone who had an appointment previously scheduled and will be working hard to get everyone back in and caught up.
Please do NOT show up for an appointment without receiving a call first.
Thank you for being patient and pulling together as a community.
We would also like to mention if you need any assistance please reach out! We will be happy to help or find need resources.
We will be closed until power is restored, due to the recent derecho in our community. We will reschedule dogs as soon as possible. Please be patient. Keep you and your fur babies safe.
We have been monitoring the situation with Covid-19. At this time, we are remaining open for business and keeping all appointments as scheduled. Because we value the safety of our clients and community, we are taking extra precautions these coming weeks.
What you need to know:
• If you are sick, please CANCEL your appointment.
• Please allow only 1 person to pick up for drop off your pet. No additional children/family.
• Please leave extra dog sweaters/blankets at home.
• We will not shake hands or take dogs from your arms. All dogs MUST come on a leash.
• Dogs are NOT a carriers for this virus, and bringing them to their appointment is still safe.
We will be doing extra cleaning throughout the day, wiping down commonly touched surfaces thoroughly. We are committed to serving our clients with a high level of care. We have a duty to our community to be as proactive as possible to help mitigate any risk, and keep people safe.
